Rhonda McBee and Carole Aylward are pictured with a plaque dedicated in memory of Ellen Aylward. Ellen Aylward was a founding member of the Scotland County School Foundation and was the first President of the organization.
Ellen was extremely supportive of Scotland County Schools through a variety of endeavors and her plaque will serve as a tribute to her outstanding legacy. The plaque is located on the Tiger Plaza Facility.
